International orders are processed securely online. Please write to us prior to placing your order to confirm shipping arrangements. We will ship your order within 3-5 business days. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days. Thus the total time before you receive your order will generally be 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Cost of shipping will be added to your order. All prices are in US dollars. NOTE WELL: Orders placed between October 5 and 19, 2011, while we are in Guatemala, will be shipped on October 20, 2011. We will be available by e-mail. To place an internet order, just add items to your shopping cart while you are browsing the website. Access your shopping cart at any time by hitting the Shopping Cart button. You can add, remove, and change the quantity of items in your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout phase. Just follow the easy step-by-step checkout process to complete the order. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email for the order.
Shipping and Handling Charges.
Shipping for each order is $5. Orders are shipped using First Class or Priority mail via the United States Postal Service or by UPS.
To order by phone, please call us at 617-308-7026. You may call between the hours of 9am - 9pm (Eastern Standard Time Zone). NOTE WELL: Between October 5 and 19, 2011, while we are in Guatemala, we will be available by e-mail but not telephone. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Simply browse our website, note your product selections, and then call us to place your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard transactions over the phone. Or if you prefer, you can mail us a check or money order and your order will be shipped after payment is received.
Return Policy - No Hassle Exchanges and Refunds
A Thread of Hope wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please call us at 617-308-7026. If you wish to return your purchase or exchange a product for a different color or size, call or e-mail us to notify us of your desire to exchange or return your purchase. Please do not simply mail the product back to us without prior notice.
You can request a credit card refund, check refund, or product exchange as long as the product is still in new condition and the exchange/return request is within 30 days of the original order ship date. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back to A Thread of Hope. We will promptly apply your refund or ship your exchange once the product has been received by A Thread of Hope. If you request an exchange, you will cover the shipping costs to mail the new product to you.
