Please place your order by December 16 at midnight for it to arrive before Christmas. If you live in New England/Mid Atlantic, you can place your order by December 18 at midnight to receive it before Christmas, but some UPAVIM products may arrive later. Please inquire. Let us know if you would like your gift shipped directly to the recipient.
We have many products in the U.S. and are sending more products from Guatemala every month. We are usually able to ship within a few days to a week by USPS First Class. If some products in your order will take longer, we will let you know.

For domestic shipments, we charge a flat $6 per order. Please inquire about shipping charges for international orders.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know within two weeks of receiving your purchase if there is any problem.
All returns require prior approval. Please call or e-mail us prior to returning any items, and we will provide you with our return address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for any returns other than the product being defective. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to the card you used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item and any sales tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All products have a 30-day warranty against defect. We will gladly replace any defective product during this period of time. For returns due to defect, we will pay return shipping costs.
