Eliza and her mom visited Rafael and his family and watched in marvel as he showed us the entire process of creating a necklace. We then worked with him to develop a line of over 100 designs. Large checkered basket is carefully handwoven of dyed pine needles and raffia with pajón, a native grass in Guatemala.  This decorative and detailed basket, beautiful on display, is also very functional - a very special addition to a festive occasion table and a great gift.
