She hand weaves the scarf, stopping from time to time to cook or care for her children. When the weaving is completed, the fringes are hand-knotted, the scarf is hand-washed, and fabric softener added during the rinse. The weaving is then dried in the sun. The quality-control team finishes the fringes, inspects the entire weaving and the scarf is packed to send to A Thread of Hope!
